Watermark Design Group’s site master planning services and architectural expertise were called on to improve a private school in Baldwin County, Alabama. Watermark designed a new Media Center for Bayside Academy and its pre-kindergarten through 12^th grade students. Located on the bluff of Mobile Bay, the freestanding Media Center is a one-story, 10,000 square foot frame building. It houses the school’s library as well as a classroom for seminars, special classes and community education classes and activities. Individual study rooms and a classroom provide areas for group study. A large reading deck and site amenities are arranged for fundraising parties and graduation activities.
