Since January, 2013, Watermark has provided architectural services to the Armory Commission of Alabama under an IDIQ contract awarded for $2.5 million.  Our team has provided full-service AE design services for the renovation and repairs at various National Guard facilities throughout the state of Alabama.  The scope of work involves the design and construction administration for the sustainment, revitalization, and modernization at Alabama Army National Guard Readiness Centers, Field Maintenance Sites, Consolidated Support Maintenance Sites, and Alabama Army National Guard Training Centers. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, our design team has applied the principles and practices of sustainable design and development using the current U.S. Green Building Council LEED standards.  Projects range from interior design for finishes and furnishings, to energy conservation improvements, anti-terrorism / force protection measures, and additions and renovations.
