Watermark Design Group has completed projects on more than seven schools for the Mobile County Public School System. One of our most recent projects is at B.C. Rain High School, a 111,000 square foot school made up of several building groups that, until recently, looked much like they did when the school was built in the early 1960s.
Our scope of work included exterior and interior face lifts, as well as upgrades to meet building code requirements and meet the expectations of today’s schools. All of the work was done while the existing facility remained in operation, a challenging aspect of the project that required an intricate four-part construction phasing plan to maintain function and safety as well as minimize disruptions.
Watermark also recently completed the design of a 15,500 square foot Aerospace Training Facility on the B.C. Rain campus.
